By accessing our services or procuring high-precision metal packaging from Shree Metal Pack, you agree to comply with the following professional terms and conditions. These terms govern the manufacturing, supply, and logistical handling of all metal components and assemblies provided by our Bhiwandi facility.
1. Quotation & Pricing
All technical quotations provided through our portal or sales office are based on current raw material (tinplate, aluminum) market rates and technical specifications provided by the client. Quotes are valid for a period of 15 days unless otherwise specified.
2. Technical Compliance
We manufacture all products according to the agreed technical data sheets (TDS) and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. Clients are responsible for providing accurate technical drawings and certifying the fitness of custom components for their specific application.
3. Delivery & Export Logistics
For international partners (UAE, Oman, etc.), all shipments are subject to AEO-certified customs regulations. Delivery timelines stated in the Purchase Order are estimates based on standard production cycles. Shree Metal Pack is not liable for logistical delays caused by international shipping carriers or customs audit procedures.
4. Quality Assurance & Returns
Any deviations from technical specifications must be reported in writing within 7 business days of delivery. As components are often custom-engineered for specific industrial uses, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects identified during initial quality control inspections at the client's facility.
5. Intellectual Property
All technical designs, custom embossing tools, and engineering processes developed by Shree Metal Pack remain the intellectual property of the manufacturer, unless explicitly transferred through a separate legal agreement.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from procurement or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
